We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you have ordered incorrectly. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

In the rare event that your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns, including defective or incorrect items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All sales on custom-made or personalized items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds are only issued if the item is determined to be defective or incorrect and cannot be replaced. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Orders for made-to-order or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
